The brand idea of “cinematic living” represents that feeling when everything falls perfectly into place, as if the stage were perfectly set for you. The Dean Residences wanted to bring every moment into vivid color, leading us to craft a bold visual identity to match the neighborhood’s design. Taking inspiration from film negatives and a photographer’s editorial hand, The Dean’s identity allows residents to cast themselves in the leading role.
